ANF Leasing Specialist saves member close to $100,000!

ANF Leasing Specialist has done it again!

"I engaged Michael Cuda after he was referred to me by the ANF (Australian Newsagency Federation). My lease had expired so I was on monthly holdover when my existing landlord decided that he was not going to offer a new lease in my existing premises, however he did offer me another shop within the same building."

"I subsequently had to consider all my options, including the possibility of relocating my newsagency to another building, so I thought it was prudent to seek some professional assistance.

"After some preliminary discussions, I appointed Michael and agreed on a strategy with him. Michael immediately took over negotiations with my existing landlord and commenced negotiating with another landlord who was interested in securing my newsagency. There were a number of hurdles to overcome and in the end I actually decided not to proceed with either deal due to a variety of different reasons, however Michael worked closely with me and negotiated tirelessly with the proposed new landlord. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and was contactable at all times.

"For the new site that I was most interested in, Michael was able to push down the asking rent and obtained the equivalent of nearly $100,000 in rent free and fit-out incentive.

"I decided not to go ahead with the deal due to a number of other complicating factors, however from a commercial perspective, Michael did a great job of negotiating favourable lease terms on my behalf. I highly recommend Michael as a lease negotiator as he is strongly competent, professional and very personable."
